Description

A delicious baked spaghetti dish featuring creamy ricotta, gooey mozzarella, and a savory marinara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti (cooked and drained)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. In a pie dish, layer the cooked spaghetti, then pour the cheese filling over the top. Spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the filling.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
