Description

A delicious stir-fried dish featuring tender flank steak and colorful vegetables, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl toss the steak slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch and stir to combine.
  2. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the steak and vegetables.
  3. Drizzle the sesame oil over the top, give a final stir, and remove from heat.
