Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix chopped toasted pecans, melted butter, brown sugar, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until everything is coated and sticky.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and form small, bite-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and caramelized at the edges.
- Let the bites cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes.
