Description

Delicious toasted pecan bites coated in a caramel-like mixture, perfect for snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (dark brown for a caramel-like taste)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped toasted pecans, melted butter, brown sugar, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until everything is coated and sticky.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and form small, bite-sized balls.
