Description

These delicious Cottage Cheese Chips are a perfect low-carb snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly coat the parchment with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated parmesan cheese, half of the everything bagel seasoning, and black pepper.
  3. Spoon small portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Flatten each mound gently into thin rounds.
  4. Sprinkle the tops with the remaining everything bagel seasoning.
  5. Bake for 20 to 24 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the tops look set.
  6. Let the chips cool on the pan for 5 to 10 minutes so they firm up before removing and serving.
