These delicious Cottage Cheese Chips are a perfect low-carb snack!

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly coat the parchment with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated parmesan cheese, half of the everything bagel seasoning, and black pepper.
- Spoon small portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Flatten each mound gently into thin rounds.
- Sprinkle the tops with the remaining everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 20 to 24 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the tops look set.
- Let the chips cool on the pan for 5 to 10 minutes so they firm up before removing and serving.
Notes
- These chips can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
