These crunchy bread cubes are perfect for salads, soups, or snacking!
Ingredients

- 6 cups bread (cut into ¾-inch cubes)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (or more to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the bread cubes to a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the seasonings and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
