Description
A refreshing and naturally sweet sorbet made with fresh grapes, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Fresh grapes
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon Mint leaves
Instructions
- Wash the fresh grapes thoroughly under running water.
- Remove the stems and place the grapes in a blender or food processor.
- Add in the lemon juice and honey or agave syrup if using.
- Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency; scraping down the sides if necessary.
- Once blended, taste and adjust sweetness as needed, then blend for a few more seconds.
- Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container.
- Chill in the freezer for about 1 hour for a firmer texture if desired.
- Scoop the sorbet into bowls and serve immediately, adding a few fresh mint leaves as a garnish if desired.
Notes
- This sorbet is a naturally sweet and fruity dessert that doesn’t require any additional sugar if the grapes are sweet enough.
- For a more intense flavor, use different varieties of grapes.
