Description

A refreshing and naturally sweet sorbet made with fresh grapes, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Fresh grapes
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash the fresh grapes thoroughly under running water.
  2. Remove the stems and place the grapes in a blender or food processor.
  3. Add in the lemon juice and honey or agave syrup if using.
  4. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency; scraping down the sides if necessary.
  5. Once blended, taste and adjust sweetness as needed, then blend for a few more seconds.
  6. Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container.
  7. Chill in the freezer for about 1 hour for a firmer texture if desired.
  8. Scoop the sorbet into bowls and serve immediately, adding a few fresh mint leaves as a garnish if desired.

Notes

  • This sorbet is a naturally sweet and fruity dessert that doesn’t require any additional sugar if the grapes are sweet enough.
  • For a more intense flavor, use different varieties of grapes.
