Description
Delicious no-bake chocolate bars made with graham crackers, protein powder, and Cool Whip.
Ingredients

- 18 graham crackers
- 10 ounces chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 tub Cool Whip or Coco Whip
- 1 scoop (about 45 grams) of vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- Arrange 9 graham crackers in the bottom of the pan in an even layer.
- Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe dish and microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
- Pour and spread half of the melted chocolate over the graham crackers and allow to set – about 5-10 minutes.
- Add the Cool Whip to a medium bowl and combine it with the protein powder, making sure to fully mix it.
- Spread the Cool Whip mixture over the set chocolate layer then pour and spread the remaining chocolate over the Cool Whip.
- Top with the remaining 9 graham crackers and place in the freezer for 2-8 hours.
- Once the bars are ready, remove them from the freezer, carefully lift them out of the pan, and cut them into squares.
Notes
- For best results, let the bars set in the freezer for the full time.
- Feel free to substitute regular Cool Whip for dairy-free options if desired.
