Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.

In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
