Delicious and crunchy ranch flavored saltine crackers, perfect for snacking!
Ingredients

- 16 ounces saltine crackers
- 1 cup light oil
- 1 ounce envelope ranch dressing mix
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1–1 ½ tablespoons red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
- In a gallon ziploc bag add the oil, ranch dressing mix, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Squish the bag around to mix everything up.
- Add the crackers and seal up the bag.
- Gently turn the bag over and over to coat the crackers with the seasoning.
- Let marinate for 1 hour or up to overnight.
- Lay the crackers out in a single layer on a lined baking sheet (will have to do this in batches) and bake for 20-25 minutes until the crackers are toasted.
- Let cool and serve!
Notes
- Make sure to use a lined baking sheet to prevent sticking.
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the spice level.
