Delicious and crunchy ranch flavored saltine crackers, perfect for snacking!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces saltine crackers
  • 1 cup light oil
  • 1 ounce envelope ranch dressing mix
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 11 ½ tablespoons red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
  2. In a gallon ziploc bag add the oil, ranch dressing mix, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Squish the bag around to mix everything up.
  4. Add the crackers and seal up the bag.
  5. Gently turn the bag over and over to coat the crackers with the seasoning.
  6. Let marinate for 1 hour or up to overnight.
  7. Lay the crackers out in a single layer on a lined baking sheet (will have to do this in batches) and bake for 20-25 minutes until the crackers are toasted.
  8. Let cool and serve!

Notes

  • Make sure to use a lined baking sheet to prevent sticking.
  • Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to control the spice level.
