Description
Delicious air fryer chicken thighs drizzled with a zesty lemon olive oil sauce.

- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1–1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1–1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1–1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1–1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 small lemons
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to eliminate some of the moisture on the thighs.
- Transfer the chicken thighs to a large bowl. Pour the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the seasoning over the chicken thighs. Using your hands, toss the thighs in the oil and seasoning so they are evenly coated.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, spaced apart a bit. Put the air fryer basket in the air fryer and cook for 7-10 minutes (depending on how big your thighs are).
- Remove the basket, and using tongs, flip the chicken thighs and place them back in the air fryer.
- Air fry for another 5-10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F to 180°F on a digital meat thermometer.
- While the chicken is cooking, add the ingredients for the lemon olive oil drizzle to a mason jar, seal the lid, and shake well.
- Transfer the chicken to a serving platter. Drizzle the seasoned lemon juice and olive oil over the chicken and garnish with finely chopped parsley if desired.
