Description
A refreshing Italian pasta salad with fresh vegetables and Italian dressing.
Ingredients

- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced and quartered
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onions, sliced
- 8 oz cheese, cubed
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
Instructions
- In a large 4 quart stock pot, add 3 quarts of water and bring to a rapid boil.
- Add angel hair pasta and mix.
- When the water returns to a boil, cook for 4 or so minutes, stirring frequently until al dente.
- Drain pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water to cool.
- Add pasta to a serving bowl.
- Add grape tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, red onions, cheese, and Italian dressing.
- Mix well to distribute dressing and vegetables.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you enjoy.
- This salad can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
