Italian Pasta Salad

Description

A refreshing Italian pasta salad with fresh vegetables and Italian dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced and quartered
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onions, sliced
  • 8 oz cheese, cubed
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large 4 quart stock pot, add 3 quarts of water and bring to a rapid boil.
  2. Add angel hair pasta and mix.
  3. When the water returns to a boil, cook for 4 or so minutes, stirring frequently until al dente.
  4. Drain pasta in a colander and rinse with cold water to cool.
  5. Add pasta to a serving bowl.
  6. Add grape tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, red onions, cheese, and Italian dressing.
  7. Mix well to distribute dressing and vegetables.
  8. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to add any other vegetables you enjoy.
  • This salad can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
