Description

This creamy peppermint fudge is the perfect treat for the holidays!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Red food coloring, a few drops
  • 2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8 inch pan and add a few drops of red food coloring.
  4. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the color throughout the fudge for a marbled effect.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  6. Lift from pan, cut into squares, and serve or store.
