Description

A creamy and festive peppermint pie made with cream cheese and whipped cream, perfect for the holidays!


Ingredients

  • 1 Oreo Pie Crust
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 10 drops Red Food Coloring
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Candy Cane
  • 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In a separate medium bowl, cream together powdered sugar and softened cream cheese.
  3. Add in red food coloring, vanilla, and peppermint extract and mix until well combined.
  4. Mix in crushed candy cane.
  5. Transfer the cream cheese mixture into the whipped heavy cream and mix together.
  6. Pour into the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
  7. Top pie with Cool Whip.
  8. Sprinkle additional crushed candy cane on top to garnish.
  9. Refrigerate until firm.
