A creamy and festive peppermint pie made with cream cheese and whipped cream, perfect for the holidays!

- 1 Oreo Pie Crust
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 10 drops Red Food Coloring
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1/2 cup Crushed Candy Cane
- 1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In a separate medium bowl, cream together powdered sugar and softened cream cheese.
- Add in red food coloring, vanilla, and peppermint extract and mix until well combined.
- Mix in crushed candy cane.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture into the whipped heavy cream and mix together.
- Pour into the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
- Top pie with Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle additional crushed candy cane on top to garnish.
- Refrigerate until firm.

- This pie can be prepared a day in advance for the best results.
- Feel free to adjust the quantity of candy cane based on your preference.
