Description

Deliciously rich and creamy chocolate fudge squares that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and butter the surface.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter over medium heat. Stir until boiling.
  3. Boil for 4–5 minutes while stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Let it set at room temperature for several hours or refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Once firm, lift out and cut into squares.
