A delicious avocado black bean dip perfect for snacks or parties.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup sweet corn (fresh or canned)
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados until smooth but still chunky.
- Add the black beans, corn, red onion, and cilantro; mix gently to combine.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold all ingredients together carefully without overmixing.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños.
