Instructions

- Add chopped artichoke hearts and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften and burst with flavor.
- Mix in fresh herbs like basil and parsley, stirring gently for another 2 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the artichoke mixture, tossing everything together with a splash of pasta water for an extra silky texture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
