These savory puff pastry bites are filled with delicious ham, cheese, and a hint of fruit jam, perfect for any gathering or snack!
Ingredients

- 13 ounces Wewalka Puff Pastry
- 1/3 cup peach or apricot jam
- 3/4 cup diced ham
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Unroll puff pastry onto package parchment paper.
- Cut puff pastry into 16 rectangles.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of jam over each rectangle, top with ham and cheese.
- Fold opposite corners of puff pastry together in the middle and gently press together.
- Use package parchment paper to line baking sheet and brush with egg.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
Notes
- For a sweeter touch, try different flavors of jam.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
