Description
Deliciously sweet and crunchy cinnamon sugar pecans, perfect for snacking or topping desserts.
Ingredients

- 1 large egg white
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups unsalted pecan halves
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2–3 teaspoons ground cinnamon (depending on desired cinnamon flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300F. Line a half sheet pan with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the egg white until frothy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the pecans, and toss to coat in the egg white mixture.
- Add the sugars, salt, and cinnamon.
- Toss to combine.
- Spread the nuts into an even layer in the prepared pan.
- Bake until the pecans are crisp, about 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool to room temperature before serving.

- These pecans make a great topping for salads or desserts.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
