- 2 cups brown rice
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup peas, frozen
- 1 apple, core removed and chopped
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Place the ground turkey in the crockpot.
- Add the brown rice, carrots, peas, apple, and water.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Let cool before serving.
