Description
A deliciously rich and creamy hot chocolate made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 6 cups whole milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 0 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Lightly grease the inside of the crock pot and set it to low heat.
- Pour in the whole milk and heavy cream.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and cocoa powder.
- Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30–45 minutes.
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt once fully melted.
- Switch to “warm” setting for serving.
- Ladle into mugs and garnish with toppings as desired.
Notes
- For an extra rich flavor, you can add a splash of coffee or espresso.
- Top with whipped cream, marshmallows, or chocolate shavings for additional indulgence.
