- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush each slice lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until light golden brown.
- Spread a generous layer of goat cheese on each toasted slice while still warm.
- Top with cranberry sauce and sprinkle chopped rosemary before serving.
