Description
This grilled balsamic chicken is served with creamy burrata and fresh strawberries, drizzled with balsamic glaze.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Instructions
- Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked and caramelized.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice chicken into thick pieces.
- Assemble by layering chicken on a plate, topping with burrata, strawberries, and fresh basil.
- Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze and serve.
Notes
- This dish can be served hot or at room temperature.
- Substitute the burrata with mozzarella if desired.
