- 2 cups elbow macaroni

- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef while breaking it apart.
- Add chopped onions and bell peppers; sauté until soft.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce; mix well.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then cover briefly to melt.

- This dish can be topped with additional cheese before serving for extra flavor.
